What do you usually do when you open a social media app?

Scroll through posts without interacting much.

Post content, videos or stories.

Share updates about my life and feelings.

Message friends and interact with lots of people.

Check the latest news, even when it is upsetting.

How often do you post something yourself?

Very often — I love creating content.

I rarely post; I spend more time reading news and updates.

Sometimes, mainly to keep in touch with friends.

Regularly, especially about my daily life.

Staying informed about what is happening in the world.

Expressing myself and sharing my experiences.

Seeing what others are doing without drawing attention to myself.

Growing my audience and getting engagement.

Connecting with friends and meeting new people.

I comment with my own experience or feelings.

I click on related posts and keep reading, especially if it is worrying news.

I might create my own version or share my opinion publicly.

I send it to friends or start a conversation.

Excited to create more content or check my engagement.

Connected to my friends and social circle.

Happy that I have shared what is going on in my life.

Sometimes overwhelmed, anxious or unable to stop scrolling.

More or less the same as before.

I prefer watching from the sidelines.

I want to create content people enjoy and remember.

I like keeping people updated about my life.

Social media helps me maintain my relationships.

I need to know what is happening, even when the news is negative.

Scroll through news feeds and follow developing stories.

Chat with friends or reply to messages.

Post a photo or a personal update.

Film, edit or upload something.
